Get ready for the Orlando Time Trials! HYROX is rolling out a brand new type of competition. The Race Format was born out of Stage 1 at the Tour de France. Athletes race against the clock to earn an invite to the U.S. Championships in Chicago on June 26th.
If you are not racing towards that goal, the spirit of our #hysociety remains the same. Give your best effort, cheer on your fellow athletes and be a part of the growing movement.

It’s your new global fitness race for EVERY BODY! Compete against the Clock, in this ultimate show down.
Athletes will be given start times as usual. All of the stations and workouts will remain the same. The Clock is your rival.
Waves of 20 Athletes and Doubles Pairs will go off in unison for the 1K run. Upon returning to the Roxzone, Athletes will proceed to their designated workout lane and judge to complete the given workout. Each subsequent run will be the same and each of the workouts will take place in the same lane.
Judges will be assigned to each athlete.
For Those Racing for an invite to Chicago, your total course time must be under the set qualifying time for your age group and division.
HYROX Orlando is sold out for all divisions. However, there are still plenty of opportunities to compete this year with us. See you soon!!
